American Airlines, in collaboration with Mastercard, sought a strategy to drive card member sign-ups at major airports.

solution
Using existing brand guidelines, I designed an airport kiosk and tabletop brochures for the Denver International Airport and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport locations.
At the DIA location, I oversaw installation and setup and supported staff to ensure familiarity with the kiosk.
